Backed by your trust, reinforced by TPS Electrical’s formal technical commitment
All manufactured panels—including distribution, control, and PLC systems—are delivered to our esteemed clients with a written, unconditional 12 to 18-month warranty certificate covering assembly defects and correct operation.
We have absolute engineering confidence in every stage of design, busbar calculations, and panel wiring.
Accompanied by the technical passport of each cubicle, a formal certificate featuring the panel’s serial number and exact delivery date is provided, signed by the Quality Control (QC) manager.
In the event of an assembly error or functional disturbance, our technical team is deployed to the client’s site as quickly as possible to inspect and resolve the issue.
All technical measures, including readjustments, wiring corrections, circuit fixes, and replacement of defective parts resulting from the manufacturing process, are completely free of charge.
Detailed scope of coverage and commitments for our manufactured panels
12–18 Months Warranty
Including main distribution, sub-distribution, capacitor banks, and ATS panels built to the highest busbar safety standards.
12–18 Months Warranty
Including Direct-On-Line (DOL), Star-Delta, soft starters, and inverter (drive) control panels.
12–18 Months Warranty
Smart industrial control systems, HMI monitoring, SCADA, and automation stations.
To ensure personnel safety and equipment integrity, the operator must observe the following:
Any alterations to wiring, changes in breaker settings, removal of protective components, or breaking of seals on calibrated parts without prior written coordination with the company’s technical department.
Direct water ingress, humidity exceeding the panel’s protection class limits, corrosive chemical dust, or installation in unauthorized temperature ranges without foreseen cooling systems.
Damages caused by direct lightning strikes and transient voltage surges in sites lacking standard earthing systems or Surge Protection Devices (SPD) as specified in the schematics.
Any falls, severe mechanical impacts, enclosure dents, or excessive vibrations resulting from improper securing during client-arranged transportation after factory delivery.
Should you encounter any operational disturbance or require technical inspection, the following steps are executed with maximum speed:
Contacting support and providing the serial number on the panel’s nameplate along with photos or videos of the issue.
The technical team reviews manufacturing records within less than 2 hours and provides initial solutions or site visit schedules.
Presence of the assigned engineer on-site, correcting assembly flaws, performing final operational tests, and completing handover protocols.
